Hi I recently picked up this float, from its finder. Found in 70's on Oregon coast. I would like to resale this on ebay but would like to have a bit more info on it. Any help greatly appreciated. 24 swirled ribs, 20" circumference, lots of wear, it's certainly old glass.

Found on the Pacific coast means that it will not be European, it could be Japanese they used a huge variety of shapes.
