Blue hooped vase
« on: May 29, 2017, 09:00:46 AM »
Hi

I am trying to get an id on this blue hooped vase. I haven't been able to find it on the internet but the closes I can get in terms of looks and design are Per Olof Strom for Alsterfors, although perhaps wishful thinking.  Size 17cm x 7cm Any suggestions gratefully received.

Thanks Pat

Hi Pat!

I think it's from Germany.
Either Ingridglas or Taube. Just google with "Kerzenhalter" (candle holder) and Taube (or Ingridglas).

Regards
Micha

Hi Pat!

You are welcome :-)

I also have a similar (smaller) blue item here from the same range and also possibly Taube or Ingrid glass AND I ALSO could not find yet the identical item. They made many similar forms and some of them probably more rare to find than others. Good luck for your further search!

Micha
