Topic: Baluster Wine Goblet in Green

Baluster wine goblet in green have been told this is early 1700's Venetian mainly due to the rigaree ring. But unsure. Its quite thick and heavy hand blown with round snapped pontil, the glass has bubbles and small lumps and the underneath of the foot is folded.
Not too familair with drinking vessels. Any help would be appreciated. It measures around 7.5 inches tall and the foot is slightly under 4 inches diameter. The rim is fairly uneven. Thanks in advance.


Note in the picture 7.jpg the rigaree looks skewift but its actualy a level ring. I was using macro to show the imperfections in the bowl and my camera tends to warp in macro..apologies

Glass that early would be very expensive,I would also expect it to be soda glass with a lot of small bubbles,I could be wrong but I'd be very surprised if it is from that period.

It doesnt have many small bubbles mainly visible in the pictures ive quickly counted 9.

Thanks for your reply.  Not really concerned about value, at this stage, I would just like an opinion as to where it may have come from or if anyone has seen it before, age etc just to identify it would be really helpful.
