The dimensions are thus:
Height - 16cm
Diameter of rim - 8+cm
Base sides - just under 6 cm

It feels quite stable and this may be because the glass bowl is quite fine and light compared to the heaviness of the base.

Glass sees pretty steady, probably owing to the fine, light bowl nd heavy base.
