Topic: 10 petal flower bottom, unique edges, plate, ?Carnival glass

Hello!  I'm hoping for assistance as I have exhausted all other ideas.  I cannot find a similar plate with such unique edges or pattern.  Hopefully your expertise will give me some answers!

(Apologies...I'm having issues with file size at the same time my Kindle decided it's full-when it shouldn't be!  Ah...my luck.  So I'm only attaching a pic of the front. Back has a 10 petal flower in the middle and several other patterns besides around the plate! I'll work on this tomorrow!)

Thanks for letting me know!  I was having problems with photo file sizes.  I'll retake today and repost, hopefully so they can actually be seen!  Take care.
