I've had this about three years but have never worked out the signature .

It is interesting how close the first name and the first letter of the last name appears to this recent request for signature ID, too.....

Any idea of the origin of the piece? Scandinavian, perhaps?

I bought it in uk no idea of it's origin, it reminded me of kosta glass by bertil vallien . The signature has proved difficult, I have tried many variations of name adding (glass) on Google with no luck.
