Info request on these unusual two pieces thanks

Hello all joined today to find out if anyone has any info on these two pieces. They are I think 70/80's and are a pair as in they look like they should be together as they look like a milk and sugar bowl. The material wrapping the glass is leather and stand in height approx 7"
