Topic: Iriscedent threaded vase from who?

I bought this vase not too long ago, but I am not sure who is the maker. Some say pallme konig, some stephanek. I would like to know more about this item.

I'd go with Kralik but I'll have to check  oh and welcome

And I thought more Palme Konig.
I have seen a piece like this, in an inkwell shape, in the former Schindler Factory, in Krakow; now a museum to those who lived under occupation.
It was in a room set up to emulate an original office.
It's the extra "twistiness" of the strapping that makes me veer in that direction, but it's not an area I know well - I just admire it.

Thanks! I feel welcomed - I will start to look on Kralik also. I just started on pieces like this and find it a very wide field. I not own a lot of books on iriscedent threaded glass art, so all info is welcolme

Glad to hear you feel welcomed, it's a good start.
There are other people here who do know a lot more about this sort of glass than we do.
Have a little patience, somebody else will have more to tell you than we do.

Thanks a lot for all the links, superuseful.  I am still hazard between Kralik and Pallme Konig. But the links bring me a lot closer to the maker. Top!

I agree. Its confusing though because some of this vases are also registred as pallme konig and loetz.
