My guts took a leap of instant and unfounded speculation that it might be Beranek.
They went even further than that. They grabbed hold of the notion that it's cylinder shaped, and I have a Beranek cylinder by Ales Valner, and my guts, during this fantasy they were having thought it might be by him.

I take no responsibilty whatsoever for my guts. They are acting (up?) independently.
(I do like the odd bit of wibble. I imagine our Mods have noticed.  :-* :-* :-* )

Wouldn't it be lovely if it were Beranek  ;D
However, I've been through almost half of the scanned Skrdlovice pattern books? (the ones that can be seen on the website of the Pardubice Museum - http://www.vcm.cz/expozice-ceske-sklarske-tvorby/#) and so far, I haven't seen anything similar.
Oh, well, I guess it will remain unidentified / unresolved ::)

But Beranek has not been Skrdlovice since 1991 and that might what Sue means

You are good at knowing what I mean and translating for me! Thank-you. :-*
My Ales Valner vase dates to '92. I suspected it might be more recent than any catalogues, but couldn't get the right words together to voice that.
