Is this a 17th Century Bottle?

Hello All,

I recently found this neck on the River Thames foreshore in Central London in a spot known for Roman-19th Century finds.

I was wondering whether anyone could help me identify it properly - date of manufacture and original use.

Any thoughts much appreciated!
