Threaded Glass Fan Vase ID?

Hi All!

I found a small lead glass fan shape vase during the week and I've been trying to find a possible maker but I'm not having any luck, anyone have any ideas?

It's 10 cm / 4 inches high and 9 cm / 3.5 inches wide with enough wear under the foot for it to be from around the turn of last century and a polished concave pontil mark.

I did see a very similar vase by Richardson's on google but it had rigaree up both sides and was much bigger.

Any input welcome!
