One of the most hardest signatures to picture!!
There are two on the base as well as a date. The first one looks to have "jeff" in it.
Can't help further than that but maybe you can help me  ;D

 :) Could you try rubbing some talc over the marks to bring them up for the camera?
I really can't see anything much to even try to work anything out.  ;D

I've 'mucked' about with the image and it looks a bit like 'Sellers' I'll post the altered image if you don't mind ?
