Can anyone id this green glass dish? ID = Riihimaen Lasi

Hi.  Hope someone can help id this dish.  Found in the northwest of England it measures 20 cm in diameter x 7 cm deep including a fairly deep foot rim of 5 mm and weigh almost 1700 gm.

Deep green with a textured finish with what I can only describe as a 'sort of' greek key pattern around the outside.

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

From Finland, Riihimaen Lasi, pattern is called Taalari.
