any info please stands 12inch and quite heavy

my thoughts are possibly British, and likely to be pre 1940, but I suspect you may have to live without knowing the maker.         Have you a blacklight or u.v. torch - its just possible this may well have a uranium content.

I'm flying a kite to some extent, but hoping that my guesses might encourage others to look in
