Topic: Large Wavy Striped Footed Bowl/Tazza for ID, Murano?

Hi,
I wonder if anyone recognises this distinctive bowl/tazza which I picked up recently?  It stands 7" high x 10" in diameter (18 cm x25.5 cm) and weighs nearly 2.2kg.  The base has a slightly yellowish tinge - it reminds me a bit of the bases of Murano cockerels.
Any info is much appreciated.

I have definitely seen these pieces with "Made in Romania" stickers, the decor comes on cockerels, fish, bowls, vases.
Once the label gets lost, they are usually offered as Murano or Czech...
