Tall cylinder vase with iridescent trails

Hi,
I've been trying to identify and decipher the signature on 3 of my pieces of glass for years but still I'm stumped.
I'm wondering if someone here may recognise them.
This one - a tall cylinder with iridescent trails / strapping to the outside, heavy bubbled and textured base, cobalt to clear - has this signature on the base.
Can anyone help?
