Beautiful trumpet vase, wheel engraved with birds, foliage

I hope someone can help me identify this vase. It seems to be wheel engraved, with two birds on one side and a single bird on the other side, with stylised foliage and flowers. The vase is 17 cm high, 9.5 cm across the rim, and 7.5 cm across the foot. It is lovely quality. I am guessing at Victorian and English, but don't really know. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
