Small wine/port glass? ID = Stuart Crystal Stratford
« on: August 05, 2018, 07:58:07 PM »
Good evening all.
Whilst I've managed to glean a small amount of knowledge with regards to older glass (e.g. Georgian), I remain ignorant in identifying younger glass. I purchased the glass in the images below about 6 months ago and have only recently tried to identify its age, maker, nationality, etc...without success. The grapes decoration leads me to a non-spirit glass and looking carefully, I suspect the decorations are hand crafted.
Does anybody here recognise the makers 'hand' or age? The glass is 4" tall and 2.5" across the top diameter.
Thank you.
