Jugs are notoriously difficult to pin a maker to. (Andy didn't in the book, did he?)
There's one common style, not illustrated there, which i have seen Krosno labels on.
I know one with a very steep sloped spout is a Nanny Still design.
But I don't know if anybody has seen other shapes with labels or found the makers.
I do suspect many of them will be Polish.
I have one oddly shaped jug I suspect may be by Zbigniew Horbowy, (a Polish glass designer I'm terribly keen on) but his jugs are very different to the more general ones illustrated in Andy's Miller's book. They're much taller; colours deepen and fade, or are two toned and they're all a bit spectacular.
