Looking for help IDing this Studio Vase

Looks like (at least to me) BO and a set of numbers. Does anyone recognize the signature or work?

To me the signature looks like 'Boyat'. Boyatt, double T, comes up in Google as a surname in the US, so I wonder if this is a variant?

I'm afraid I don't recognise the piece or the style, but it's very distinctive. Even so, I've found it difficult to ID pieces of studio glass, simply because there are so many glassmakers out there doing their own thing, and producing it in small quantities.
