Unsigned iridescent vase - possibly Norman Stuart Clarke?
« on: October 10, 2018, 02:09:22 PM »
Came across this today and when I spotted it I immediately thought Norman Stuart Clarke.  Its unsigned, but has a 4 prong pontil rod scar like some of my other NSC pieces.
Also the iridescent splashes of colours make it sit happily with my other NSC glass.  There is some gold at the top.
Just wondered what anyone thought?  I do hope I was right :)  In any event, it was a "steal"  8)

It's a bit Midsummer-y too, just to throw a spanner in your direction.  ;D

Thanks for suggestion Sue.  Don't worry, I've plenty of other spanners in the works at the moment ::)
I'll dig around a bit more.
