Okra vase - interpretation of its marks ?

Hi,

Hope you’re able to see its marks - my reading of them ( based on educated guesses! ) are :-

88 - Date

P i C - Pink iridised cylinder ??

S C - Sarah Cowan ?

No 10 - Version/Design ?

What do you think?
Any further info you can provide would be really appreciated - thanks for looking  :)
