Tumbler with prunts

Hi all,I may well have posted these years ago but I can't remember the outcome and they are'nt marked with reference!?,they are 9.5ht and 7.5wd with a pushed up base to a point,I know Powell did such pieces and probably other makers did aswell ,they are marked TS or something like and a two digit number,thanks for looking.They could be very recent and sold from a museum or the like.

The mark on the base makes me think it might be a more recent piece maybe?
