Scandinavian glass: Can anyone read the signature?
« on: January 30, 2019, 06:21:01 PM »
Hallo all.
I recently purchased this from a chap who, like me, couldn't read the signature on the base. I'm pretty sure its Scandinavian and possibly Swiss. Its a lovely design, very heavy and 5" tall. The signature has been difficult to photograph and I'm assuming its the right way up. Initially I thought it was maybe Guran Warff, but I was probably reading it upside-down: It may start with the letter 'W'.
Does anyone recognise the glass or can read the signature?
Thank you.
Jack
