Does anyone recognise this Czech glass bowl/ashtray

I bought this bowl/ashtray from a collector of vintage Czech glass.

It is very beautiful but I am struggling to discover the manufacturer, designer or date.

It is approx. 13 cm diameter at the top with three indents, 5 cm diameter at the base and 4.5 cm tall.

It is clear glass with a 'cracked' glass pattern above the base and then royal blue glass applied around the bowl as if painted.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
