Bohemian cut and enameled cased glass vase

Help to ID this vase please.

Looks most likely Bohemian possibly Moser. A cylindrical vase with the top and bottom third cut back to a 6 sided hexagon, the center third still cylindrical.
Clear glass cased in green
Concaved base.

Finished off with hand painted enameled decoration.

Height 9.5" / 24cm and weighs 930gm
