I thought perhaps Moser as I had a cobalt perfume bottle with similar enamel flowers and scrolls, but the thickness of the glass made me less sure.

Have just found this on ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/310332019036?ul_noapp=true (sorry Anne if this is the wrong way to put the link - am a bit rusty)

I thought the thickness and finish on the top edge as well as the flowers, look similar to the OP's vase.

How does the seller know they are definitely Moser?  Are they signed or labelled? I couldn't see any evidence in the listing but might have missed something  :-\

again, is it signed Moser?
or labelled even?

There are many pieces on the net sold as 'Moser' but which are not.

I don't know if these are possibly by Moser but without at least finding some/one signed or labelled then I would have to query that.

re the flakon/ink well you showed here
https://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,68074.msg378577.html#msg378577

- this has a similar foot
https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/5746358_254-vase-egermann-glass-antique-vintage-old

and here again some similarities:

They date it c.1835.  I don't know if yours is as early but maybe a bit earlier than 1850?

Well, no signatures attributed to Moser and here is always a dilemma whether Moser?

 >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

everything would be ok if not for the thickness and purity of the glass, it confuses me and still has carousels of ignorance.
In the meantime, I wish you a good night, I hope that we will find something tomorrow and we will find out, stop soggy through my vase, greet and until tomorrow.

Moser is wishful thinking in most cases. This high enamel was/is made in Italy and Czechoslovakia/Czech Republic and even in Japan in very similar styles and over a long period. It was the shape of the glass and the overall pastel effect that made me think Czech rather than Italian and older rather than newer

I would say it is Czech going on the style and the applied  décor and the colourway I will check my books for further reference for you.
