Unusual bubbly Cardiac vase quite an odd piece???

This little unusual piece found it's way to me on Monday i have not seen another and wondered if anybody here may have it kinda made me think it maybe uranium but it is not, The bubbly glass is similar to some English pieces i have had in the past like Walsh pieces and the base shows a decent amount of age related wear and a nice polished pontil scar
