
If you have the bowl in a dark room and point your uv torch at it, how close do you have to be to the bowl for the green glow to appear?
I know it is looking uranium-ish, but I suspect it might be heavy use of manganese decolourant.
Uranium will glow at a much bigger distance from the torch than manganese will. If it still glows at about 6+ feet away, you've got Uranium.
Manganese will fade away before that.

I can end up with some sort of green glow like that appearing on stuff just from dust accumulating...
