Blown art glass vase with ribbon effect stripes

Hi,
I purchased this vase at an estate auction last week and am having trouble identifying the maker. It measures 10 1/4" tall and is 9" at its widest point. It is definitely a blown glass vase as it does have a pontil which is shown in the second picture. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
