It does look as if it belongs with the Kolman Moser made for Loetz jugs with the integral handles, but I think somebody else made those too, of inferior quality, and I can't remember who.

I've got my jug out to compare with your pics.
It is slightly yellow, clear glass.

It has a large polished, and
not very round pontil mark.

The crackle looks the same.

The quality of the join inside my handle is not good.

Which is why I have always thought it must be by the "other" maker to Kolman Moser for Loetz.
Something from that stable should be better finished. I thought. But I might well be wrong.

Maybe somebody else can get us out of this pickle.

I can't really make out your rim - it looks polished, Greg says cut.
The rim of my jug is rounded and pitted, heat finihsed (and not too well done) but the spout had to be incorporated and it was on a pontil iron at the other end for that.
Your vase looks mould blown, so the different pieces would have been made from opposite ends to each other, if you see what I mean - hence yours having no polished scar.
