Stourbridge glass dish

I think this very dark green 6" dish was probably made in Stourbridge 1880-1900 but as usual it is very hard to pin down a particular maker. As you can see the petals / leaves glow really well under UV. In the third picture you can see a wisp of glass between the top and bottom part of the handle which has somehow survived.
