I have researched Flavio Poli/Vulvio Biaconni/Oscar Zinetti and many more glass blowers over the past week and have found nothing other than a angel fish with same eyes and same mouth and with bullicanti bubbles which sold at auction in 2009.
The auction house and the buyer never knew who made it.
It is 7 inch tall and around 8 inch long and finished off with a very nice polished pontil base with age related ware.
