Topic: Help with ID please.

This little vase belongs to my neighbour.  I said I'd try to ID it thinking that the black mark on the pontil was an animal head makers mark and it wouldn't be too difficult.  It isn't a head and although I've looked at hundreds of images am no further forward.  Could it be Custard Glass, although it's a very pale green not yellowish?  It glows under UV and the decoration has grains of sand / broken glass carefully placed on edges and high-light areas.

It's 5.25 inches (13cms) high.

My neighbour inherited it from her mother and thinks, but isn't sure, that she got it from her mother.  Which would perhaps make it from the 30s or 40s.

Any help much appreciated.

Possibly Bohemaian. It's not custard glass; it's frosted green uranium glass over white. The black mark is iron residue from the pontil rod

Thanks for replying.  I guessed it might be Bohemian by the style, although some images I looked at and appeared quite similar, claimed to be of British 19th century.

Is there anything I could look for that might indicate its age, even approximately?

This type of glass isn't one that interests me and I know nothing about, I don't even know what clues to look for.

It's late 19th/early 20th century. Hard to determine more precisely
