Under an image search using Cenedese, I found this signed compote, said to be by Gino Cenedese.
It does seem to be related to your goblet.
I haven't signed up to this auction house, so I can't see the details.

Thank you for your help with this and the blue is the same as is the gold twisted ball. My piece is larger than the goblet.

Is the signature on the top of the foot?  Please post a picture of the full base, and let us have some measurements too.

The height is 11.25" and it's 6.75" wide at the top.

Hi, sorry it's been a while but here is a picture of the base as requested. It has some hard residue from felt pads that I removed from the base. I also got a large Murano Sommerso bowl from the lady that had the same felt pads to the base they were quite difficult to remove.

It could plausibly be a piece by Cenedese for a third party company. I've had some items in the past bearing 'Cenedese' + 'random name' - especially with lighting, where they provided the glass parts for lighting firms, but also a vase that was sold exclusively through a high-end Italian bathroom fittings company. I ended up not buying them, but I was once a little tempted by a small job lot of Cenedese bathroom sinks (with fantastic colourful spiral canes!) that I think also had this pattern of signing.

It will probably be from the 1990s at the oldest.
