Topic: 1880,s French bud vase ?

Hi Members,
I bought this small pair of bud vase's many years ago for the sum of £2 from a car boot.
I have done a lot of research to try find a pair the same or a maker of them to no avail.
They are 5 inch tall and salt glazed finish with polished base.
They have been cut and enamelled and gold guilded as can be seen in pics.
They have a lot of age related ware to the base which is solid glass not hollow and they do have that French look of Baccarat to me.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Have seen similar attributed to Harrach. No idea If that's accurate though...

Now I'm looking at there work it does look like it could be and mine has a green glow under black light I just checked.

A dull green glow under black light is from the manganese decolourant used in some glass.
Christine recommends the "6-foot test". 
Turn all the lights out, point the UV torch at it and see how far away you can get from it before the glow fades away. Uranium will still glow at 6', manganese won't.
Dust and general accumulated age-related organic muck will also give a dull green glow.
