Topic: Uranium pedestal vase, Bohemian, British or other?

  Hi,
  Any info re this vase very welcome.

It’s about 24cm ( 9.5”) high.
Has a fair amount of base wear.
It’s got a push-up base/pontil mark.
The rim has been cut and fire polished.
Only the pedestal part appears to be uranium.

I'd go with Bohemian just because of the rim finish

  Hi Keith,
Done a bit of digging—because of its uranium content i reckon it was probably made sometime between the 1880s and 1930s.
Waiting to be shot down in flames...........

I'd have gone for around 1900 so not far off

  Thanks for your reply, 1900 sounds good to me 
  Looked at a lot of Bohemian glass and I can see now why you used its rim as an identifying feature........
