Small Controlled Bubble tumbler Vase unusual color & Texture...

This one is bugging me i have not been able to find one in this sort
of bottle glass color the bubbles are really finely constructed and come
right under onto the base of the vase you can feel them on the surface also,
I did wonder if it maybe a Murano piece of Bullicante rather than from our shores?
Lots of wear so maybe mid century in date 6"
