Diamond optic blown clear crystal bowl - unmarked

9.25" diameter x 2.25" high, weighs 806g, and has a nice ring.

I think this is blown diamond optic - it has the most perfectly polished pontil, which suggests some quality. Unmarked but Webb's comes to mind, however I haven't been able to find another bowl with this sort of rim. It reminds me of a straw boater.

All ideas welcome.
