Czech glass vase

Hi,I found this 20cm ht vase recently with TCHECOSLOVAQUIE marked on the base,or something close.I’m guessing it’s Czech made for the French market,I know it’s a long shot but does anyone recognise the possible maker and date?,i’m thinking 30’s but it maybe later ,thanks.
