This deceptive glass appears to have had a busy life as the the foot is well scratched. It's engraved with the initials D.F., flanked by bunches of grapes on the vine.
It has a polished pontil, and there is no sign of a shear blip.
I would date as mid 19C.

I like this glass - am especially fond of those beautiful upper case wheel engraved initials that meant this piece belonged to someone in particular, though unfortunately we never get to know who.           Love the grape and vine  -  always looks good on a glass.
Again, height would be of interest  -  won't tell us the history - but can sometimes help.
This one looks possibly a tad more delicate  -  you might be correct with age, though equally it could be slightly earlier or later, but 'mid-ish' Victorian it undoubtedly is.
As usual, a good book on such things would have helped collectors.

Assume this glass doesn't give a lead-glass ring?
