Tom Young or Ed Iglehart question ?
« on: March 12, 2020, 04:19:17 PM »
Hi
Does anyone know if Tom Youngs glass is smooth to the touch or has it the slight roughness of Ed Iglehart.
Seen a vase in a charity shop looks like it might have been blown by either artist 😕
Thank you
Louise

I haven't handled enough of Tom's work to be able to tell you. Sorry.  :-[

The Tom Young I've seen has a smooth finish and has been signed.

I suspected as much. The other thing is Tom's work tends to be smaller than Ed's. Not always, Ed did make small things.
