I guess these types glass going from my own experience have
to be the hardest to attribute there is such a flamboyance in the
design i also feel it maybe a level up from the mass produced
myself in that i mean it would have been a more costly example
I am going to put it in the box of delights and think on it a bit and
see if something turns up it is amazing how you stumble upon info
after you have all but forgotten about things

This is decidedly a couple of levels above mass-produced.
There is "natural movement" in the body of the bag, the blue string is not just ribbed, it is tied and folded in a complex and realistic manner.
And lavishly decorated.
