Agreed, a rummer. 
But I imagine you could put celery in it, if you wanted to.

sorry, but I'm not convinced -  looking in Tim Mills book, there is a single example only with an everted bowl rim, in an ovoid shape, which Tim dates to c. 1800 - long before u. glass was in general manufacture  -  neither are there any examples from any date in uranium in his book.     
To my eyes this is a large wine glass Keith.
Rummers do occur in plain dark Bristol colours, but not with this sort of bowl shape.             How about sending Tim some pix of this one for his opinion

Surely this is too large for a wine glass  fits in the hand well for drinking, don't know Tim but as these things are new to me can't really argue, bit short for celery Sue

for me it's the bowl shape plus the u. content that's a problem  -  but who knows, I've been wrong many times.             Did wonder if this might have been a toddy rummer or mixing glass from which you decanted - via a toddy lifter - into a drinking glass  ………………   but whilst this one is big I'm not sure that it's big enough to be a mixing glass.

On page 16 of Rummers and Goblets by Stephen Parry, #41 is a “bell bowl, faceted, baluster stem with bowl collar c.1840. 175mm” but classed as a Goblet. It looks broadly similar but clear and I assume blown.

the suggestion that this is a goblet could well be correct, but I don't see Keith's glass as being near 1840  -  IMHO that's too early for this kind of uranium appearance.

Yes, I wasn’t suggesting 1840, just that it was another example of similar size and form and was classed as a goblet, rather than a rummer.

Large green goblet will do me, almost wrote goblin
