wondered if any body can recognize the signature i have
tried to get the best pic of it and rubbed some talc into it i
have missed a date also which  is after the signature which is 1985

It looks to be a piece of glass by Karen Lawrence, she sadly passed away in 2013.
She was at LGB.

So, you thought you'd drive me crazy too?  :P
Karl/ Kyall Laurence Lawrie (and alternatives) produce nothing.
I do like it. A lot. :)

cross-posting - well spotted Louise.  8)
I'm sure that name was on the tip of something, somewhere, just missing when needed.  :-[
Cheers, Sue M. (she/her)

 ;)
Thank you all that's excellent very pleased
i thought it was by Karin Von Drehle it looked
so similar to her design's back then but i guess
they may well have been both sharing techniques
whilst making some fantastic pieces in London as
it's dated when Karin worked there a least i think?
very chuffed indeed 8)
Excellent site :)

Two more from Karen Lawrence, also mid 1980s. My dad went there at the time and bought these two pieces by Karen Lawrence along with others by Karin Von Drehle, Siddy Langley, Peter Layton and Norman Stuart Clarke. Quite a list of names.
