Commemorative Beer Glasses.
« on: June 11, 2020, 07:22:12 PM »
Not very old but these are three quite interesting beer glasses. They are a Davidson amber "barrel can" cat.no. 255, RD No. 802751 registered 13/5/1935, a Davidson V for VE Day one made obviously from 1945 on, and a Coronation one which I think is a Sowerby no.2476 shown in their Catalogue No. 39 from the 1950's, 12oz. with or without gold rim. This may be a variant as it has a circle for the inscription.
"I hear you're a racist now father!" Father Ted.
