Found it! (The pattern anyway) It was in McConnell The Decanter all along but under pre-war modernism.....Kosta Odelberg!

I wonder if these patterns were copied from 'pattern books' because this diamond etched with star patter along with the little vertical oval polished band is shown in Das Bohmische Glas Band II on page 202 plate II.297.  It's on a straight sided tumbler.  Listed as probably South Bohemian and as start of the 19th century.
