Lamp filler? Cruet? ID = Gordiola, Spain

Been suggested that this a lamp filler. 4 3/4in. tall [ 12 cm]. Seems a bit small for such use. Hand blown article, lots of applied / pinched trailing. Curious as to possible date. Seen another example pretty much the exact same except all amber glass on ebay U.K. . English? They did not give any date or use.

I think it's from Gordiola glass and missing it's stopper.

Yes, seems to be a safe bet. Explains the lack of base wear and existence of others almost exactly the same treatment. A really nice piece with the stopper. Thank you for our help.
