Might it be Japanese? It has some features in common with Japanese glass I've seen that looks a bit Carnaby-ish.
Sort of very like Carnaby, but with some uneven bits and not in known Carnaby shapes, but very similar.  :)

I think palet/carneby from Michael Bang Holmegaard

Here in that link you see in between the blue collection a bottle vase nearly chaped like yours.

If you look at the rim there are uneven bits and towards the base, the colour is also uneven. I don't think it's genuine Holemgaard Carnaby, Monkia.  :)
I think it's the Japanese glass that looks like it.

It does have the right look and displays nicely.  :)
