"Target" Bud Vase - Swedish, Finnish, Murano?

I am wondering who produced this heavy glass bud vase.  The colors remind me of the Italian flag, although my instincts tell me Scandinavian.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Made by Walther glass in the 1970's.

They pop up quite frequently (and cheaply) on eBay.de - they're usually listed as 'Panton glasvaser' or somesuch.

But they sell well here in the UK.
